Now that we know what bad habits we have, we can start to identify the good habits. And to do this, it’s important to consider all of the things that cause us to do these bad behaviors. There are a lot of things that we do every day that we’re not aware of, but that could actually be good for us.

You can learn everything from your own habits. All of the things that cause us to do those bad behaviors. Here’s a list of some of the things you should have noticed in your own behaviors.

If you’re a bad habit.

You know your habits are bad. You see them every day. You see them every day and you know they’re bad. But you don’t know why they are bad. You have no clue. You’re like, “Oh, I have to do this to get laid.” Well, you know what? The only reason you are doing that is because of something you have no clue about.

As it is the case with many bad habits, most of the time we don’t know why we do things. Even if we do, we don’t know why. It just happens. And as such, we can’t change our bad habits even if we wanted to. Just as we can’t change bad behavior that causes us to get laid, we can’t change bad habits that cause us to do bad things.
