We can’t forget about our own needs in order to support other people, we need to look out for ourselves as well. This is why it’s so important not only to remember what you’re going through when somebody tells you they’re having problems too, but also because if your mood falls into a bad place, then how can anybody else rely on or trust anything that you say if something goes wrong with them? It might seem like an impossible task sometimes –
