The number of times I have been wrong about this kind of activity is very high. I think it’s because I have a lot of bad habits with regards to spending time on this kind of activity. I think I should be careful when I’m doing it. I have to be careful that I am not doing it in a negative way. I have to be careful that I don’t get a break when I go break.
To be clear, I am not saying that you shouldn’t engage in this kind of activity. It’s just that you have to be careful to not hurt yourself. I think its because of my habits where I eat too much and I do not exercise enough. I think it is because of these two things that I spend too much time doing this kind of activity.
There is definitely a lot of advice out there out there on how to get more physical or even sedentary time in a day. The problem with all of it is that it is all about how much time you make you spend in bed. If you are sedentary, there is only so much you can do in the day. If you are physically active, you are going to be in a more balanced state of mind because you are going to have more time to do other things as well.
So I think that is a big part of it. What I find a little weird is when I read about these things being advised for people, I always end up wondering if I should try it. I don’t know if it will work or not, but at least I will be doing something that I can learn from.

By following what you are doing, you will realize everything has gone wrong. It is better to be more balanced when you are physically active than when you are not. The fact that you are physically active is just part of the reason why it is so difficult to get more balanced.
